It’s great that you want to find out more about UVA. We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions below that’ll hopefully answer your query. But if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for you can always get in touch with us through our contact page.

When using the customer-facing app, passengers are required to register using their mobile phone number. In this scenario, the client receives an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the registration form, which involves inputting their name, email, gender, and date of birth. The client is then automatically verified and permitted to request rides. Passengers are able to make booking requests for rides through the customer app.

When registering for the App all new customers will receive the first ride for free up to the value of £10.

All customers will receive their discount code when registering for the App.

Standard saloon and Executive Cars will be standard. We will also be able to offer specialist vehicles as well to accommodate disabled access.

Customers will be able to share rides with emergency contacts provided at app registration.
The UVA App has full telephone numbers masking features, an SOS emergency button linked to the emergency services, and a Masked Chat function to ensure the highest levels of customer and driver safety.
Our app allows you to track the ride from within the app so you know exactly where you are at all times.
You can schedule a pickup in the app using the schedule pickup clock icon in the top right of the app.

Our app uses secure payment methods to take payments by card (through Stripe) or using Apple & Google Pay.

All our rides are calculated based on time and distance, you can find an accurate price by checkin in the app.

UVA UK will charge the minimum fare cancellation fee of £5.00 if the ride is not canceled prior to 2 minutes after the customer booking has been made.

You can cancel your ride by choosing the cancel ride option after booking a ride.

All customers’ potential fares will be calculated and provided prior to booking on the UVA UK App.
