It’s great that you want to find out more about UVA. We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions below that’ll hopefully answer your query. But if you can’t find the answer you’re looking for you can always get in touch with us through our contact page.

When using the customer-facing app, passengers are required to register using their mobile phone number. In this scenario, the client receives an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the registration form, which involves inputting their name, email, gender, and date of birth. The client is then automatically verified and permitted to request rides. Passengers are able to make booking requests for rides through the customer app.

UVA has many different cars to offer from your standard salon cars to your MPV cars to your Special access cars.

The UVA App has full telephone numbers masking features, an SOS emergency button linked to the emergency services, and a Masked Chat function to ensure the highest levels of customer and driver safety.
Our app allows you to track the ride from within the app so you know exactly where you are at all times.
You can schedule a pickup in the app using the schedule pickup clock icon in the top right of the app.

At the moment UVA only offer card payments but we hope to bring apple pay and Google pay to you in the near future.

Don’t worry, all your details are safe. We use a third-party payment system called Stripe to ensure complete safety.

Your fees are calculated by the distance of your journey, and the vehicle you have selected. Our intelligent algorithms then select a driver in your area at a price that’s right for you and the driver.

All cancellation fees depended on the area you are in and the model of the car you have the book, here are the links to Cancellation T&CS.

IF you ever need to cancel your ride, you can click on the cancel ride button which will then ask you to state the reasoning for cancellation.

Before you ride you will always be shown your fare in full, so need to worry about any hidden costs!
